I heard this all the time when I was wandering the streets. I don't even remember how I was burned, I just remember being hit a lot. That was a dark period in my life and it shows from the scars on my face. Sometimes the scars make me feel like I don't belong.

When it felt like I was at my lowest, some humans approached me and gave me hope. I was nervous but happy that someone was willing to come near me. They put me in their car and took me to PACK HQ and showed me a new life.

They took me to famous doctors but the doctors said that the tissue on my face has already decayed. I lost my right eye as well. I don't understand everything they were saying, but I could tell from their expressions that I would probably not make a full recovery.

I'm already 13 years old, I'm not a young pup. I know I'm not the prettiest dog but I still want someone to love me. I used to have someone like that but I don't know why she left.

I have forgiven already. I just want to move forward and enjoy my time at PACK HQ with my friends, both humans and dogs. They care about me and take great care of me. If you ever have a chance to meet me, please don't be scared. Let's be friends.

Medical History

All of PACK's dogs are vaccinated annually, dewormed monthly and receive flea and tick medication quarterly. Every dog is spayed/neutered upon arrival at PACK HQ.

Boxer has a wound on his face that will never heal because the tissue has already decayed to the cartilage and can't grow new skin. It's essentially an open wound that requires us to take great care to ensure that it doesn't become infected.
