Background
2015/10/27 PACK rescue team found a litter of puppies more dead than alive trapped in a drain pipe. Hence Charm was brought to PACK with his brothers and sisters. Growing up in PACK, Charm has never lived in a family home. However he has always been enthusiastic around his caregivers and obedient as well. Thus we decided to give Charm a chance to enroll in PACK Academy. Now he has completed the first half of the Academy, and is ready to join a foster home! Personality
Charm is affectionate, and loves interacting with people. He is always energetic and lively, and always smiles at you! Once he gets familiar with you, you’ll find him following you everywhere. Even when he’s just lying next to you, the focus of his eyes will always stick to you. You simply mean the world to him! Being a timid and sensitive boy who is easy to get nervous and never exposed to a busy environment before, it takes longer for Charm to adapt to a new environment, so you might need to be a bit patient with him. In fact, it took him more than a week to gradually settle into his foster home. His foster mom said that it really gives her a sense of accomplishment when Charm finally started to wag his tail and smile at her!

Behavioral Observations
The fact that Charm’s attention will always be focused on acquainted people makes him very easy to train, and because he’s highly concentrated, he also learns the commands real quick. But Charm is also easily frightened. When he starts to panic, he'll look for shelter, people he knows, or corners to hide right away, and he should not be encouraged at this moment. Instead, just let him adapt, get used to the new stimuli at his own pace, and let him know that there’s nothing to be afraid of.
Medical History
All of PACK's dogs are vaccinated annually, dewormed monthly and receive flea and tick medication quarterly. Every dog is spayed/neutered upon arrival at PACK HQ.

Tolerance Levels
At PACK Academy, we socialize our dogs by exposing them to different stimuli and recording their tolerance levels for each one. These observations help us understand the dogs better, which then helps us find suitable homes for them.

Obedience Training
Obedience training is critical for nurturing healthy dog-human relationships and having a well-behaving dog. Our dogs receive basic training at PACK Academy, which provides a foundation for communication between dog and human.
