Background
Jonathan was part of a pack of dogs that was brought to PACK Taiwan. His brother's leg got caught in an illegal animal trap and we were afraid Jonathan and his friends would also be captured by one of the traps. He has been looking for a forever home since 2014.
Personality
Jonathan is a gentle, happy dog who loves to explore. He has a great, positive energy and is generally social to both humans and dogs. He has some funny personality traits that always make people laugh. He will bark and run in his sleep. If you leave food out where he can reach it, consider it gone! While he defers to humans, he is a leader with other dogs and has the ability to calm them.

Behavioral Observations
Jonathan does not have any serious behavioral issues. He gets anxious when he's alone and will bark or cry for a short period. With some training and clear communication this type of behavior will decrease. He's nervous of unfamiliar sounds, which will improved through proper desensitization.
Medical History
All of PACK's dogs are vaccinated annually, dewormed monthly and receive flea and tick medication quarterly. Every dog is spayed/neutered upon arrival at PACK HQ.

At PACK Academy, we socialize our dogs by exposing them to different stimuli and recording their tolerance levels for each one. These observations help us understand the dogs better, which then helps us find suitable homes for them.

There are some common behavior issues that we see in dogs who have spent a significant amount of time in a shelter. We assess our dogs for these behaviors and provide training plans for adopters to help manage them.
